|GLORIA RICHARDSON - GLORIA RICHARDSON - GLORIA RICHARDSON
My name is Joseph R. Fitzgerald and I have written the first full-length biography of Gloria Richardson. Ms. Richardson was the leader of the Cambridge Movement, the local human rights struggle in Cambridge, Maryland, during the early and mid-1960s. The biography is an intellectual history of Richardson that details her various social, economic, and political philosophies and how she used these to fight injustices. It will be published by the University Press of Kentucky for its series on the Civil Rights Movement.
This webpage will eventually contain links to an extensive set of items devoted entirely to Ms. Richardson's life, intellectualism, and human rights activism.
